This website
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other websites. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors, and we do not store it ourselves. Cloudflare keeps it for a short period under its own retention rules. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing agreement includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Our email is hosted by Migadu in Switzerland, a country the EU recognises as providing adequate data protection.
We keep email for as long as it is needed to handle your request and any follow-up, normally no longer than two years after the conversation ends, unless bookkeeping or other laws require us to keep it longer.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering questions sent to us, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).
Who receives your data
We do not sell or share your personal data. The only companies that handle it on our behalf are the providers named above: Cloudflare, which hosts the website, and Migadu, which hosts our email. Both act as our data processors under a data processing agreement.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to how we use it, ask us to limit it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@zenabase.com and we will reply within one month.
If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
